    • Lead programmer on the interface between TeleFile and further returns processing.

  • Systems Administrator/Programmer - Served on the Technical Support Staff of the Electronic Filing Branch (EFB) working on the Electronic Filing System (EFS) project, September 1989 - June 1995
    • Development of client-server applications in use at 4 other EFS service centers and sixty-three district offices and also used in day-to-day operations of the EFB. These applications saved the IRS approximately $1,000,000 in printing costs over the 5 EFS service centers.
    • Served as phone support for the EFS BBS used to distribute information to the other EFS offices through out the country.
    • Served as a lead developer on the EFS Applicant's Databases. This development project saved the IRS approximately $250,000 in development costs and I received an award from the National EFB administator in recognition of it.
    • Systems Administrator of the EFB's Local Area Network (LAN).
    • Administration of PC's, Novell servers and mini-computers used in support of the EFS project.
